Yes. The rental includes: Civil liability insurance, Accident insurance for occupants, Coverage for all risks (CDW) with no excess. Tires, wheels, and damage to keys are not covered.

The vehicle is delivered full and must be returned full. No fuel reimbursement.

You need to present a rental agreement, valid driver's license, ID card or passport. All additional drivers must also be listed in the contract and present their documentation.

Yes. A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation and cover possible charges derived from the rental (fuel, damages, fines, etc.).

Minimum age: 21 years. Minimum driving license experience: 3 years.

Only those who have been added as main or additional drivers on the rental agreement. Driving without authorization voids the insurance and makes the renter responsible for all damages and fines.

No. The vehicle can only circulate on the island where it was delivered and on proper public roads. Taking it off the island or driving it on highways voids the insurance and makes the renter liable for any damages.

If your flight is delayed, we will keep an active status and notify you as soon as we are aware of the delay. If the pick-up happens outside the usual hours, a supplement will be applied, and you will be notified beforehand.

Call us immediately at 971 745 660 and, if necessary, contact the police. You will need to fill out the accident report and return the vehicle. If the car cannot be fixed, we will provide a replacement vehicle, subject to availability.

The car must be returned in reasonable condition. If it is not, a cleaning fee of 110€ will apply.

In case of lost keys, the renter will be required to pay the cost of replacement and transportation. Park&Fly is not responsible for personal items left in the car after the rental ends.
